July 15, 2006 Outing

The Colorado Cat Collectors' Club met on July 15, 2006, at Barbara's home for a wonderful luncheon and to celebrate the 4 members who have July birthdays. Barbara prepared hors d'oeuvres of shrimp, marinated olives, champagne punch, lemonade-tea; and lunch was chicken casserole with cucumber and tomato salad and green beans almondine with home made yeast rolls. The house was decorated with kitty cats in birthday hats and colorful balloons. There was a sheet cake decorated with cats for the birthday girls. Since it was a SPECIAL birthday for Julie, she had a cake decorated with her picture! There were lots of laughs, wonderful cat (and horse) gifts, and much fun!
